  • Monthly Financial Reporting
  • Accounts Receivables including reporting
  • Accounts Payable and Expense Reports
  • Monthly Invoicing to Clients

  • Backing up Payroll and Payroll reporting using a third party vendor

  • Requirements

  • 5 + years in a service industry preferably software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • Willingness to learn and grow with technology
  • Strong computer skills
  • General Ledger experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll; true ups, W-2, 941 forms, W-3 and other related forms
  • Self-motivated, strong communicator and works well with both clients and peers
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to work within deadlines
  • CPA a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of IFRS is helpful but not required

    Personal Assistant & Operations Manager (New York, New York)

    Whiting Consulting is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our client’s team. They will be working under the EVP and will be responsible for accounts receivable, report entry, helping and creating organizational and program budgets and data entry.


  • Maintain and manage operational timekeeping; create monthly and quarterly reports through Open Air; use reports to create presentation slides for quarterly Management meetings.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Services (both in-house customers and external customers).
